How to Complain to Loveholidays

loveholidays says complaints are made through an online complaints form, where you should explain what happened, when, which part of the holiday was affected and what has already been tried, with photos or receipts if you have them. It says it aims to reply within 28 days, longer if it must check with hotels or transfer providers, and that it prioritises complaints from people travelling soon. If it is not put right, you can take it to Hunt ADR.
